Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email us at support@yourstore.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.


2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions


3. Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be issued

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please place a new order.


5. Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us within 15 days of the shipping date, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
